I received my cellular phone bill today. I had 2 charges for $9.99 each.
One was from Mobile Messenger for ringtones? I have spoken to their agent and she assures me I will be refunded $9.99 in 8 or 10 business days. The other charge is for Horoscope Alerts from Funmobile, short code 26451. That was not one of their numbers, she could not tell me what number to call for assistance. In the meantime, I texted each of the short codes and I am assured that my subscriptions have been stopped and there is no charge. If so, why did it appear on my bill?
