After a couple of bites into my sandwich, it tasted as if I ate cigarette ashes with a very foul taste. When I took a look at it, I saw what you see in this picture (name the blackish ingredient). I drove back top the store and after 3 diffrent people came to serve, the manager decided to come out and refund me the money; saying that this might have been burn residue from their rolling toaster. I know what burned food may taste like; this was no burned food. I decided to let them have my money, I get to keep my sandwich, take a picture of it and put it here.
