we had car rental for 3/3/11 and when we went to get car rental no one ever heard of advanage car rental, and the rooms we rented for 7 night were down ritht nasty, in between the sheets in our room were pieces of a comb or hair brush, ( not clean the carpeting had black spots all over it and the chair was so nasty you couldnt evern sit in it. this is not how your picture shows the rooms to be like, we did change rooms when we could but they still weren't like they should have been, the windows were so dirty you couldn't even see out them, I was offered some $75.00 wouchers but I will not beable to use them for my daughter has leukemia and we will not beable to get away again for quit a while, so I feel you could and shpuld do domething else, but you need to do something or I will make a formal complaint with consumers [email protected] or 989-464-9393 will be waiting to hear from you this is my 2nd e-mail
