upon checking out i was told my deposit would be credited back to my account before i walked out the door, and i shouldnt worry about it. now that seemed strange that they would have to tell me not to worry. the next day i checked my bank account for a pending deposit from the hotel and it was not there. i called my bank and they had nothing from the hotel. i called the hotel back and they said they did it this morning and i bank was in the wrong. now it is only a hundred dollars but it is my hundred dollars. i have a reciept stating my deposit would be credited. is this legal. i think not.
