I put my best foot forward; contacted a business friend and applied for a job with the Hotel Murano, only to receive an email back from the Sales Director saying she was not interested in me as I did not have "full service hotel experience". Hmmm did she EVEN read my resume? (Of course I have experience). She would not even meet me for coffee. Six months later I received a "rejection letter" in the mail saying thank you for my application however they hired another candidate. HMMM... is the Human Resources manager asleep?? I called the general manager to comment on my experience and he never returned my call. I will NEVER stay at this hotel and I will NEVER refer customers to this unprofessional hotel.
