I am not satisfied with level of service in Green Beach Marmaris, 3 star hotel in Marmaris. http://www.greenbeachhotel.com/
I stayed there for 7 nights and service was awful.
One night in my hotel room came hotel representative, he opened with his keys my room, without any apologizes, he followed to the bath room, he told that he needs check the pipe. I was really scarred, that somebody at night has opened my room and without any explanation came to check pipe.
All the time my luggage stood property closed and locked under code locks in room, but one day I realised that somebody has unlocked my code lock and someone dig into my luggage where I had my clothes. As well my laptop was turned on.
All week floor didn’t wash and towels hadn’t been changed in my room.
All-time in canteen I had to wait for the coffee cup and dishes, because they are always insufficient, also the tablecloths were dirty with stains, where meals were, as well as vegetables salads were prepared from the old vegetables.
Also in hotel rules is written that breakfast stars at 7.30. a.m., but one day I came at 7.40. a.m. and I waited for 20 minutes while hotel’s personnel permit to take a meal.
Be very careful staying in this hotel.
