I have made a reseravation on 12 March 2009 through the site "www.hotelier365.com" for the "Savoy Hotel" at Berlin for five nights which amounted to 417.35 euros.When my credit card statement came through there were 3 separate amounts all listed as Ian Travel Services. The first was for a sum of 491.85 euros listed as 10 March 2009, sum that was off my account on 15 March 2009. The third sum was for 417.35 euros for my reservation to Berlin.
I would like to know why the first amount was charged and discharged after several days and why i was charged about my booking since there was not such a condition of payment when i took the booking procedure.
