This is the biggest rip off. They deny you bringing in any food or drinks, even though it is in a public park. Then in order to purchase anything, you have to buy cash coupons. They only sell them in $5 increments. You can't use cash and any of the snack vendors for any drinks. Last time I checked, US dollars was used to pay any public or private debt. How can they require a different currency? They have Nazi's at all of the entrances checking to make sure you don't bring in any outside drinks. They even have a police officer there with them to enforce this bullshit. I would like to know what law they claim gives them the right to restrict items. I wonder what the Secret service will say about them using a different currency.

Any vendors there, I bet that they don't even pay them full value for the coupons that they get.
