I bought two Cruiser brand new watches from Hour choice and the very next day one of them found to be running late. Because of busy schedule I was able to contact them after three days only. Instead replacing them they took the watch to get it repaired. Al though I was ready to go for a high priced one with extra payment they objected as they told there is a scratch visible. Even after getting it repaired it went on to become late and now more than one month I'm still waiting for them to get my three day old watch repaired.
