I purchased blinds and draperies in April of last year I was told I would receive my purchase before June 10 2007 Iwas having a graduation party for my daughter I received half the order well if you want to call it that the blinds were two different colors on the same window and the roman shades were damaged measured wrong all different lengths and crooked they were a mess The designer agreed on around June 25 2007 and changed order to blinds and courness boards to match the the other order I waited for six weeks expecting a call for the order to come in. When I called they said they didn't have a order! They came back out and remeasured waited another six weeks heard nothing I called again {mind you each time I call they said they would check and call me back they never did I had to keep calling } This time I was told the order was lost so it still was not ordered finally in December I received the blinds BUT not the fabric boards I have part of them on my windows NOW THEY CANT GET THE FABRIC.
