Our table we were seated at was dirty, we waited 1 hour 15min for our food, even when we complained we were told that there was a heap of orders in the kitchen. I eventually got up, went to the 'desk' and asked for the manager. A young waitress appeared and I told her how bad the service was, the only question she asked was' waar sit julle', nothing but nothing else!! What the hell? I mamnged restaurants for many many years and I have NEVER seen anything like this! I couldn't believe my eyes.

After my parents joked and said rather bring our coffee with the meal because we cant still wait after we have eated for the coffee to still be made. My parents got their 2nd cup, had the coffee and still no food!
When we eventually after a hell of a scene received our food IT WAS DISGUSTING!I has Spinach, feta & muchroom pancake.The spinach was boiled up, there was exactly 4 crumbes of feta en the mushrooms was a disaster and my cheese was stuck under my plate. My boyfriend had a pancake aswell and asked for chips instead of salad. My mother received the chips with her Tramazini and he got the salad. After the waiter said she will fix it she never did!!
