These people worry way too much about their pocketbooks to instill proper customer service. They seem to be only interested in jamming as many people in to their restaurant as they possibly can, first come, first served. "Yeah, just stick them over there. There's room." I was really hoping to book a room for a very important upcoming event. However, unlike all other restaurants in this class, the employee has said that they are unable to guarantee booking of either of the private rooms. This is irregardless of whether or not we have sufficient people to cover the requirements of the room, nor whether we schedule weeks in advance. So, if you have a party or business meeting to book, I would recommend you find a place with a more reliable reservation system. Otherwise, what you get when you arrive may not be quite the happy or successful event that you pictured...
