It is absolutely ridiculous that this company charges you $15.00 dollars to make a payment by phone. It is also ridiculous that when a payment is made on line electronicly that it takes 3 days for it to post to your account. This is the only company that I deal with that takes that long to post something while in the meantime they place a hold on money in your bank acount. People should stay away from this company.
