This guy has been harrassing us for a while. He doesn't know what he is talking about and is unnecessarily patronising. He even sent flowers to the girl on reception!

If he calls you to speak about websites try and get him to "talk technical", its hilarious!

The guy Howard booked the appointment for called up this week to check what was going on as Howard has been fired and we took great pleasure in having a whinge. Sounds as though he has been fired due to incompetence.

At least we will get some peace now!
