Sold me a car with broken odometer, which means false mileage reading. Car had previous accidents, according to other dealers, described by the rough paint areas around the hood and door edges. A body shop has informed me that the front right side had major accident, as the rim had yellow numbers written, possibly from junk yard and was slightly tilted inwards. Had electrical damage from previous water leakage. Ian, owner of Howard L Sales failed to comply with promise of fixing odometer from partner body shop, which was to replace whole dashboard with similar odometer reading. Asked me to leave the newly purchased car for a week at the body shop, with no loaner car, as explained to me that the mechanic would only remember to get another dashboard from junkyard when he sees the car in front of him. I called mechanic 20+ times to get the dashboard first and upon acquiring I will bring the car in for replacement, which mechanic advised will take no more than 15 minutes to do and agreed to.
