I ordered a dog shirt from this company. I submitted an email to the to get an estimated delivery time. They sent me a few extrememly rude emails telling me to read what I agreed to on their site. I was JUST looking for an estimated delivery time because this WAS a gift. I order 95% of my gift and other items online. I have never experienced such a rude response for such simple questions. I own my own business and I surely would not have any remaining clients if I spoke or emailed them in the manner to which this company chooses to speak to their clients! The owner of this company surely needs to take some customer service classes. I will never recommend this company to anyone!
