I am a sailor on my last visit to united states i bought one hp pavillion laptop i asked them weather it is serviceable in india they said it is, i bought the piece, on board the ship in my contract i hardly use ed it now after finishing just one year it has just gone off by a mere voltasge fluctuation which ws not even observed by us. I tried here in india to get it serviced but they are saying this piece is not supported in india u can buy a new piece they cant do anything for it they are saying mother board board n the lcd cv both are short and they cant change it with indian parts for hp as they r different.m Please help me out i cant buy laptops tike tomatoes every day please suggest any action i can provide all the details it has already gone to two service centers in vashi n andheri (in mumbai) for repair but they have given up... pleas3e suggest something.
