I am buying a HP color laser printer 2550L, Rs. 48500.00 from calicut. This printer is working only 6 months, we wll contact the dealer. He is told me, the changing the toners, then change 4 colors of toners arround Rs. 25000/- after not working the printer, contact him, he is told change the drum unit. We have not doing that, and then check the price of the componet.
We very worried hearing the price around Rs. 85000/- ohhh... 25000 + 85000 = 33500/-, Total price 48500, printer rate ie 15000/- only?
Then stop the printer is my shop. contact the dealer and company no response the complaint asking only the drum unit changing. Then 5 years ago...
