Hi all,

I bought my HP DV6*** Entertainment laptop about a month ago and only a week after the purchase I was having problems!! I overlooked it as a one (or two) off and continued using it. Only to find it has got worse!??!? The computer keeps restarting itself and giving me the 'ol 'blue screen of death' trick. I've run the bios and it all came out clear and I tried to restore the system to a previous date but the damn thing won't stay active long enough to complete it!! It is now completely unusable!

I have contacted HP and they say they have someone working on it... I have asked for an RMA number so I may return the laptop, get my money back and buy a Toshiba.

DO NOT BUY THESE HP LAPTOPS!! GET A TOSHIBA!!
