I purchased 3 DV9000 laptops at once and had all three up to this date go bad, all the same issue, two of which has been fixed by hp, when i called for the third one, they informed me at that time that "there was nothing that they could do without charging me for the repairs" now all three were out of warranty when i called, and they informed me that they would repair my third one when i called about my second one. they were informed of my serial numbers, and model numbers when they told me that my third one would be fixed when (not if) it went out...
