I have purchased one hp HP-Pavilion dv6314tx on 25-June-07 and then as per the instructions received in e-mail from hp, have duly submitted the d/d of rs. 500/- on 29-06-07 to hp redemption cell, integrated solutions pvt ltd, okhla new Delhi but it has been more than 5 months and neither i have received any confirmation nor any correspondence from them....

each time i call at customer care they asked me to resubmit the documents by saying that they have either not received any or just misplaced them. even they have not received any fax, can you imagine.

can anyone help me out.
