Please DO NOT BUY HP! Customer service in India lies, and they don't bother to take any responsibility. No ethics or the least of consideration for customers. My case involved a clear commitment to solve a problem under specific constraints, obviously it was not honored. Not only it is frustrating the poor quality of language communication but also the lack of technical skills and ethics.
