I am really irritated with HP service right now. I sent in my Pavillion 2500 laptop for repairs last month. They said it will only take 7-9 days to repair. It's been over a month and they have postponed the delivery date 3 times! They were suppose to have it delivered today and when I checked they postponed it again for another 2 weeks. This is ridiculous. I keep calling and all they can say is "I'm sorry ma'am." This is unaccepatble. I didn't pay over $1400 for a product that I can't use. They said they needed to replace the motherboard. In this case they should have given me a new replacement laptop!
