I bought the HP PHOTOSMART PREMIUM FAX ALL -IN- ONE SERIES-C 309 two months ago from apple store I bought it so will be compatible with IMAC it worked few days then start jamming the papers I returned it to apple store and got another one I had problem with printing from IMAC I called many many times they all connect me to tech support no answer waiting Two plus min. hours no answer there is no one on the other line the tech support is a joke twenty four seven means nothing the service is not available I am so disappointed .HP has worst customer service
