I purchased a presario notebook in march from the u.s and returned to my home country- gibraltar. Everything was fine for 1 month then my notebook stopped working hp diagnosed a faulty hard drive and i needed it replaced. Because i lived in europe i should contact there international dept which i did i was then passed on to the uk and then spain having wasted a lot of time and money on phone calls i was then referred back to the u.s. as this was the country of purchase after phoning and talking to various staff members and getting nowhere i put in a complaint. Was contacted by a case manager unfortunately he called but i was not present. Since i have called hp case manager number and i am left on hold for ages just to be told no one is available and to leave a message and i will be contacted within 2 hours. I have now left 4 messages on different days and have not been contacted back. So i called call center again and asked for an address to sent an official complaint to and was told they didnt have one to send an email which i did a week prior and still have not been replied to to she tried to get my case manager and after waiting over 10 minutes i gave up this has all cost over $70 in phone bills and hp are still not fixing it. For hp to be a global company why should i be penalized for living in a small country. The service i have been given from hp is disgusting and i will never deal with this company again.
