I called HP online techinical services and told them I had no video on my laptop. I also explained I wanted the laptop fixed. They told me I had to do a "diagnostic" online first to see if there was a software problem, but not to worry - I would get a complete refund if they failed. Well, they failed. And I did not get a refund. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.
