unpaid payout request

i had registered in that site, upgraded to diamond member, paid upgraded fees 95$ and after i reached 100000$ i had made my payout request and now more than one year i am waiting for my payout .
they are also never reply any mails

Non payment of my earnings.

Purchased their 'Diamond membership' (highest) on 07.02.2010 through my Pay Pal a/c.
@ USD $ 95.00 with the assurance that my earning Minimum $ 1, 00, 000, 00 would be
pais out through my PayPal a/c within 7 Days since I hold the membership of 'Diamond ' type with them. I put my claim of $ 1, 50, 000.00 on 18.02.10.

It was advised then, that 61 claims were before me and after about 7/10 days, it was again
intimated that 21 claims were before me only.

Being doubtful, I claim $4, 49, 500.00 afresh for payment into my PayPal a/c on 01.03.10
from my own earning as showed in their a/c.

Afterwards I have contacted with them through their process, probably two times but without any response from their end. Even emails are not responded by them.
Since I am a life member, I still hold their membership and my present earning with
them is $ 10, 96, 300.00 as on 28.08.2010 as per their a/c.
