The old Bait-and-Switch. Get'em there by saying FREE and then lull them to sleep as you ask for their credit card. You should be ashamed.
Public records are free domain. I know they are free. It is the service that I wish to use to get these records, and they claim they are charging for the service. Ergo, not free!
