Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday with them to Korea. It was not delivered on the day, so asked them to cancel the order and complained that they ruined my birthday surprise for my wife. Instead of canceling my order, they delivered it 2 days later. Arguing for a refund now. NEVER SHOP WITH THEM.
