This guy has changed his name a few times and bounces around clients like bad checks. He claims he uses PPC but buyer beware, the leads he sold me were crap. Good luck trying to get a refund from this guy since he moves from state to state. I Google mapped his office and its a house. Do not prepay this guy unless you want terrible loan modification leads and to get burned.
