I ordered a $50 chain, which never came. My credit card was charged but I could not get thru to them on the phone to see what was up. They clearly ignored me and finally the only way to get them to call me back was to say I wanted to buy more stuff, at which point they told me my order never existed (but they charged my credit card). After a bunch of complaining thru email, all they said was not to shop there again, lol. Do not buy from these clowns!
