We contacted Mesa Law Group for a loan modification last October. It never happened. More, we believe due to the mortgage company than to Mesa. However, we have been trying to file Chapter 13 since March. We have provided everything that we are suppose to. They definitely took our money up front. They called us often before they got the money, but as I have read in other complaints against Mesa Law Group, once they have your money, it is very hard to get anyone to respond to our questions or inquiries. It is now September. We were promised that our Chapter13 was filed at the beginning of the Summer. We are still waiting and no one will answer our calls or emails to give us answers. We would try another company before we would get stuck with this one.
