i had problems with internet was not working, , it had rained and so a tech had to come out to house, i was told if satelite was moved i would have to pay for tech, , but if it was act of god the eqiupment stooped working i would not, i was told by tech rain had gotten down into the head of the transmitor causing it to short and ruin it as well as the modem, , this in my thought is a act of god, when bill came i had charge for 125 dollars for tech, , i was told by hughes net it was not there fault the equipment went bad, and rain is not a act of god, , it is natural, , so i would be charges, , i have had nothin but trouble with them, , this is the second time the transmitor went bad, so there equipment is faulty and i have to pay for it, , it is not there fault they say, , i believe they have faulty equipment and know that, , i have seen many complaints on them recently today when i looked it up on the internet, i wish i knew this before chosing them as a internet provider, , i will not recommend them and have told all my 1500 friends on face book about them and how bad they are, , i need to know what to do with this, , i dont think i should be charged when rain gets in equipment, , that is faulty equipment when rain gets into it.
