Ill try to make a very long frustrating story, short. My husband and I purchased hughes net wireless internet service in January. We live in a rural area with no options for other service. I had to have a fast internet provider because I was taking on line classes. Our internet service quit working about a week ago and between my husband and I we have spent HOURS on the phone with non English speaking people. They want to charge us 125.00 to make a service call, stating our satellite lost signal to a bad storm or wind, which in my opinion is not our fault. I have talked to every dept, 7 different phone numbers and NO ONE WILL ADDRESS THE PROBLEM PROPERLY. Isn't it funny, the only English speaking people are in sale and dont want a thing to do with our problems, "BUT THEY DO FEEL FOR US". What a terribly ran company, it has been a night mare talking to these people. I only wish we had other options for a wireless internet service provider, I bet we would see an improved customer service dept if they a some competition. I have never been so frustrated about a major company in my life. WOW, I would be ashamed!!!
