I see all these complaints about overdraft fees and fees no one tells you about and abusive fees and people who are going to sue the banks. There are complaints about every bank out there! What does that tell me? People don't know how to use bank accounts and how banks work! If people would take the time to learn what is going on, keep track of their deposits and withdraws, learn how they clear and how long it take, and keep a freaking check register there wouldn't be a problem!! Just ask a person whose never had an overdraft fee how they do it! By keeping track of their money and not using more than they have. Its that simple. If you don't want to bother with that stop griping and use cash. Having a bank account isn't rocket science. However, it does take some responsibility. Accept your mistake and move on unless it legitimately wasn't your mistake. All of this stuff is disclosed in your agreement when you open your account and there isn't a dang thing you can do about it. Learn from your mistake and move on!!
