I ordered two medium pizzas with a debit card and the girl on the phone said that it didn't go through and asked for it again. It took one and 1/2 hours to get here because she gave the driver the wrong address which she asked for 3 times. then when I got the pizzas they were cold. I checked my account on-line and found that i just paid 52.60 dollars for two medium pizzas so I called them back and they told me that they were only showing one. And I had the accound right in front of me which I had copied. The general manager so he said then called me back and told me that he would take it off. Which in my opinion tells me that they knew that they charged me twice. That was on heck of a tip. then he in turn said that I could never go back to Hungry Howies again... well in my opinion I was only protecting myself and they just admitted to wrong doing
