I own a wrecker/Towing company in Alabama and I worked an accident on I-20/59 in Greene County Alabama on 8/17/06 in which a Dallas , Texas company by the name of Hunsaker Truck Lease, Inc. had overturned a truck-tractor and created a fuel spill. I towed their truck, repaired it and cleaned up the fuel spill in compliance with the Alabama Dept of Environmental Management Regulations for hazmat fuel spills and now I cannot get Hunsaker Truck Lease to pay me for my services. They claim to have sold their assets to National Freight Inc. and National Freight says that Hunsaker has gone out of business. Apparently , without paying their debts. If they are continuing to operate under the name Hunsaker and/or if they are operating under another name, Please do not do any business with them, for they will not pay for services you render to their company.
