dear yahoo voice team
i applied for phone out yahoo voice service and 10 usd deducted from my creadit card to get the service . its now more than 48 hrs and still my yahoo voice account is not activated and cant make calls . could you please tell me whats the problem . otherwise refund my 10 usd, , , , , thank you
