I have received a bill of Rs. 1200/- as I have never applied for one. The collection people are harassing me each coming day in person and on ephone. I am a class I officer in a Govt. organization. Such type of harassment has maligned my image of long service in public as well as officially. I would like to file a complaint against the company and would like to get the company charged for my harassment.
