Self, a Hutch Cell Phone Customer with Phone No.9811928992 is waiting for the last 2 months for my monthly bills and I have approached the Customer care service for at least 04 times this month. Last month I tried for more than seven times. But. alas! no bills... very funny no? Every time your customer care executive assures of sending a duplicate bill. Neither I get any duplicate, triplicate or any quadruplicate bill. I think there is no link between the customer care executive booked complaints and the hutch service or the executives only pay lip services to its customers instead of any care or the real management on the part of hutch is in vein. Some of my complaints I have noted are 495345040 dated 10/05/07, 496698494 dated 11/05/07, 517028700 dated 28/05/07, 523506374 dated 02/06/07 and finally on 530053564 dated 05/06/07. On the last complaint your executive assured me to send my bill on my e-mail address i.e.
[email protected], but till date i.e. as on 07.06.07 I found no bill on my site. Alas! it takes weeks to send just a mail though computer! Then what about manual care. Perhaps you mean it that hutch never cares its customers, rather customers should care of the hutch itself. So it is called customer care. If it is so, then I am deciding to close my connection very shortly and discourage all my friends about it or else i would like to go to TRAI.
