These dry cleaners are the worse that I have seen in my life, they have no regards for their customers clothing, they think that they are doing you a favour.
I took my brand new Calvin Klein drews shirt for dry cleaning, together with all my other clothing, when I went to fetch my clothing, my shirt was ripped on the sleeve, the owner says that it is an old shirt and bad quality, but one can see that it is a brand new shirt, even the label on the collar shows that it is new, the terrible owner has no way of speaking, he thinks that he is talking to people in India, I paid $50 for my shirt, he wants to offer me $10 of free dry cleaning, who wants to go and give an idiot my business.
People of Rowlett, please do yourself a favour and never step foot in this establishment, cause they will ruin your clothes and think nothing of it.
