I tried the hydrolize "free trial, " where I paid about $8 for shipping and handling and received 2 jars of the product within a week or two. I tried the product and it delivered mediocre results. However, a month later they charged me $69.95 "for the first free trial jar" and then another month later charged another "69.95 "for the second free trial jar, " EVEN AFTER I HAD CALLED TO CANCEL from sending me future shipments. If you order the free trial, you NEED to make sure you return the empty jars (and pay for shipping) BEFORE 30 days in order to prevent them from charging you $140 dollars for the "free trial." I WAS TOTALLY MISLEAD, and there is no way they are giving me a refund even after I went ape shit on the customer service lady on the phone and through the support e-mail address. This sucks.
