I have filed a class action lawsuit against Hydroxatone and Atlantic Coast Media Group on behalf of customers who were scammed by Hydroxatone related to its "risk-free trial" and returned the product within 30 days but were billed, and/or received additional unwanted, unordered shipments from Hydroxatone. Hydroxatone customers who were scammed and billed by third parties for unauthorized, unwanted "memberships" and products and services may also be affected. Unauthorized charges may include those from SEM Home Play, Whole Living, ACM Your Beauty Advisor, Budget Source, RMG, Magazine Rewards, Funsource, Value Plus, Urban Nutrition, etc.
