We purchased a motor vehicle on * January 2010 with a trade in of previous vehicle, the settlement figure given on previous trade in was less than dealer paid us. We queried about this on a weekly basis getting promisses that the amount will be paid to us within a week. It is now 3 months later and many calls to the dealer and still no joy. Very good salesmen but when it gets to solving problems and paying back the money they owe you there is absolutely no joy.
