This company, whom I have never heard of before, pulled $40 out of my account without permission. I stupidly requested a "free trial" of teeth whitening from a company called Everbrite White. They had to have sold my banking info to this other company (or they own this other company as well). My bank statement indicated their phone #. I called, surprisingly they kept trying to sell me the product. I was furious and asked for a supervisor. Finally got through and I guess she got tired of me complaining and just hung up on me! I called my credit union, and of course I am not the first to have this issue with this same company. I had to stop by debit card and now have to wait 7-10 days for a new one.
As for the teeth whitening product? Never received free triel, cancelled within 10 days of the date I placed the free trial order...low and behold they pulled money out of my account on the 10th day!!! I even have a confirmation # from them stating the order had been cancelled.
Lesson learned...nothing is free.
