oI do not know who you are and I need your charges taken from my account to be returned RIGHT NOW!!! These charges have made my bank account have a negative balance. If charges are not returned by 0900, 16 Sept 2010 I will have to go to the Better Business Bureau. Respond acknowledgement of this e-mail and cancellation of charges NOW!!!
