Dear Sir,

As per your claim no. 2101126776 on dated 21/5/2010 customer wants to get done the repair of his car under insurance claim .Deputed surveyor inspect the car and deny the jobs because the surveyor saying that the car didn’t accident, this is a manufacturing defect .i can’t covered under insurance Claim .Our Technical team observed that the CASE-MTL TRANSMISSION & AXEL LHS totally damaged, the photos are also attached .Customer is saying that I will go to consumer court and all the concerned make a party like Reliance General Insurance Company, Deputed Surveyor or Dealer.

This is not manufacture defect; this is occurred due to the accidental damaged. You are requested kindly look into the matter and do the needful regarding this issue.
