This is a contest with fees. There is no guaranteed winnings. There is a fee of nine dollars and a math skill question to be answered before entry into the contest. Later there are more fees and quizzes according to the fine print. If a law has been violated include me in the class action suit.
The wording is misleading and seems to be intended that way.
