they call and when i answer no one answers me back

They call early in the mourning and wake some family up, and when we answer the phone, no one answers us back on the line, after a minute of saying hello, we hang up, they call constantly during the day, and it is getting very aggravating when no one answers you back, ive tryed to call the number back and it says that number is not in service or has been disconnected, all we ask for is for them to atleast answer us, or do nottt call at all

Harassment of innocent parties!

This agency continues to call us seeking someone who does not live at this address. They refuse to stop calling us stating they will continue calling until they speak to the person who does not live at this address. They insist they will continue "harassing us" exact words, until they speak to the individual they are seeking.

We have spoken with what they call the floor manager but continue with harassing phone calls. We have the right to not be harassed and find this behavior unacceptable. If we lived in a country with no personal rights we would expect this type of behavior but not as U.S. Citizens in good standing with all lending and law enforcement agencies.

This company needs to be investigated and fined for their extreme harassment tactics!!!
