They are calling people around me who have the same last name as I do. The people tell them they do not know me and they have the wrong number but they keep calling these people several times a day. A gentleman looked me up to ask me to call them and put a stop to them calling him. I also put them on my bankruptcy several years ago and they will not stop.

I think law enforcement needs to get involved with stopping this company. Maybe a class action lawsuit would be more to their liking. Maybe that will stop them!

They call almost constantly, and I finally picked up to tell them to put me on the do not call list to ask for my grandfather, who passed away recently.
I tell them he passed away and they start asking for his power of attorney. We never had any dealings with them, and don't plan to.
The calls come about four times a day.

I suspect that IC Systems is just some little rinky dink outfit operated out of a basement by 2 or 3 idiots...who can't get work otherwise. They have been calling to collect on a legitimate debt of about $250...I'm just broke and cannot pay. Told them that I would pay it when I could. At first I got 2 or 3 calls a day back to back by a female and a male. Told all who called the same thing. Asked them to stop calling...harrassing calls would not improve my income situation...but they kept calling. After about 2 months, the calls got down to 1 a day...then this young man .. must be this Roger guy others have complained about, began to call. He never got very far because I refused to answer any of his questions...especially about confirming my home address. PRETTY SOON I STARTED RECEIVING JUNK MAILINGS THAT I NEVER ORDERED...BROCHURES FOR EXERCISE EQUIPMENT, HAIR LOSS AID, VACATION PACKAGES, AND FREE CONDOM SAMPLES...I NEVER ORDERED ANY OF THIS STUFF AND I KNOW IT'S BEING SENT BY THIS JACKASS BECAUSE I NEVER USE MY HOME MAILING ADDRESS FOR ANYTHING...AND I NEVER GIVE IT OUT...I HAVE DISCUSSED THIS SITUATION WITH MY PHONE COMPANY AND THE STATE OFFICE FOR CONSUMER AFFAIRS...THEY TELL ME THAT HE CROSSES THE LINE WHEN HE STARTS IMPERSONATING ME AND HAVING JUNK MAIL SENT TO MY HOUSE.

I AM DETERMINED TO TRACK THIS LITTLE SOB DOWN AND PROSECUTE HIM FOR ANY AND EVERYTHING I CAN. HIS COMPANY WILL BE SCRUTINIZED BY THE PROPER AUTHORITIES.

they [ic systems] have been calling for my sister. But the call with a really bad attitute, one of them yelled at me told me to mind my business, i really feel angry that they are doing this.

I called Ic Systems to speak with them about the payments that I setup to pay them every 2 weeks. For the first two payments everything went smooth no reason to call. I went online to check balance to insure everything was fine until I realized that the last payment they took out of my bank account (showed on my statement & have image) was not showing on there records. I called to speak with someone about this and from the moment I got on the phone I was being yelled at and told I wasn't listening to the lady. I asked for a manager she said she was as high up as they come. I asked if I could speak to someone who was not so mean and maybe having a better day and she continued to tell me that she had no record of payment and I needed to call my bank because they did not get paid. I asked the lady what the bank remitted to them when they collected the payment she said she did not have that information. She told me to contact my bank and send them proof from the bank that the money was paid. I called the bank! Bank gentleman told me the money was paid and is now sending me the image of the payment and the statement to send to IC systems. May I also add that when I asked whom to send this information to she said there is no one to send to just send it to the address.
